Program |
Aid and Attendance program is based on needs basis for Veterans and his/her spouse. Honorary discharge paper is required to qualify for Veteran benefits. Benefit is available when veteran or spouse is in need of one activity of daily living. It takes about six months to process the documentation.
To qualify you need to bring the following:
DD-214 – Discharge paper
Date of Birth
Marriage Certificate (for spouse benefit)
Death Certificate
Benefit Amount:
$1,654 per month for veteran
$1,949 per month for married couple
$1,056 per month for spouse
